1.Day. Leaving Managua from Hotel Estancia La Casona
to the city of Jinotega. Visiting in Matagalpa Hotel Selva
Negra with Coffee Tour, continuing along the scenic
Highway Matagalpa-Jinotega tour with the cultivation of
flowers. Arriving in Jinotega at Hotel Café and having
dinner and artistic presentation of polkas and mazurkas at
Restaurant Bourbon .

2.day: Breakfast at Hotel Café, city tour, visit to the
laboratory of Cupping Coffee Cooperative Soopexcca,
then tours to San Rafael del Norte, visiting the church and
mausoleum of Father Odorico D'Andrea. Return to hotel
and evening dinner and artistic presentation of folklore
Jinotegano.

3.Día. Breakfast at Hotel Café Tour and exit to the Finca
Kilimanjaro, hiking, horseback riding, hiking, bird watching
and lunch. Return to Jinotega to leave for Managua.
